Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Jeramiah Rogers ("Jeramiah Rogers," "we," "us," or "our"), an individual sole proprietor operating from California, United States, handles personal information through jeramrogers.com, the Raise the Bar brand, checkout, forms, customer support, marketing communications, and any paid, discounted, free, promotional, trial, gifted, replacement, bundled, or other products, services, downloads, or offerings we provide. This Policy applies when you visit the website, place or receive an order, request support, submit information, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us. It does not limit privacy rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive. We may update this Policy when our practices, service providers, technology, or legal obligations change; material changes will be posted through the website and, where legally required, communicated by an additional appropriate notice, and the current version will be identified by the date above.
Data Collected
We collect information you voluntarily provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, order details, form responses, correspondence, marketing preferences, and other information you choose to submit. Our ecommerce, payment, security, and website infrastructure may also automatically process limited technical and transactional information such as IP address, device or browser information, cookie or session data, timestamps, order and payment status, fraud indicators, and website usage information needed to operate the site, complete transactions, secure the service, and provide built-in analytics. Credit and debit card data is processed through the payment-processing infrastructure used for the transaction; we do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card credentials ourselves. We do not require customer accounts and do not intentionally collect information unrelated to legitimate business, operational, security, legal, or customer-service purposes.
Use and Marketing
We may use personal information to process transactions, deliver digital content, fulfill physical orders, communicate about purchases, respond to inquiries, provide support, administer promotions, maintain records, prevent fraud and abuse, protect our rights and systems, analyze store performance, improve our operations, and satisfy tax, accounting, regulatory, or other legal obligations. Where applicable, our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract, compliance with law, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and consent where consent is required. Email addresses and telephone numbers may be used for promotional communications only as permitted by applicable law and with any consent legally required for the communication method used. Providing contact information for checkout, delivery, support, or another transactional purpose does not by itself constitute consent to every form of marketing. Promotional recipients may use the unsubscribe or opt-out method stated in the message, while necessary transactional, security, fulfillment, or customer-service communications may continue.
Sharing and Security
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and, as of the date above, we do not intentionally use third-party advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers and professional advisers that reasonably need it for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, digital delivery, physical fulfillment, shipping, communications, storage, built-in analytics, fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, or similar business operations, and we may disclose information when required by law, legal process, protection of rights or safety, investigation of suspected wrongdoing, or a future business transfer. Service providers may process technical data through cookies or similar technologies necessary for their functions. We do not currently engage in cross-site behavioral tracking at our direction, so traditional browser "Do Not Track" signals do not materially change our stated practices; where a legally recognized privacy-control signal applies to a practice we conduct, we will honor it as required by law. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries through providers supporting our operations, and where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard we will rely on a legally recognized mechanism. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and use reasonable safeguards, although no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Rights and Contact
Depending on your location and the law applicable to our business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, restriction of, or information about certain personal data; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity before acting on a request and may retain information when permitted or required for transactions, taxes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, or security. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and purchases are limited to persons at least 18 years old. Privacy requests, marketing requests, and questions may be sent to support@jeramrogers.com or through the Contact page at jeramrogers.com. Where applicable law requires additional trader or business contact information, we will provide that information in the legally required location or transaction context.
